How to edit in Canva:
Open the Template
Click the provided Canva link to open the template.
If you don’t have a Canva account, sign up for a free one.
Make a Copy (Optional)
If you want to keep the original template unchanged, duplicate it by clicking File > Make a Copy in Canva.
Customize Text
Click on any text box to edit the wording.
Adjust font style, size, and color using the toolbar at the top.
Add Your Logo
Click Uploads in the left panel and drag in your company logo.
Resize and position it anywhere on the template.
Change Colors & Branding
Select any element (background, text, buttons) and click the color palette to match your brand colors.
Update Images (If Applicable)
Click on an image and hit Delete to remove it.
Drag in a new image from Uploads or search Canva’s image library.
Adjust Layout (If Needed)
Move elements around by clicking and dragging.
Resize elements by clicking and dragging the corner handles.
Save & Download
Once satisfied, click Share > Download.
Choose PNG or JPG for social media, or PDF if printing.
Post to Social Media
Upload the final image to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or other platforms.
