Biggest Pain Points: Hahn Systems was losing business due to a lack of visibility among contractors and growing competition. The contractors in their service areas weren’t aware of the valuable products and services they provided.
Business Impact: This lack of awareness was preventing them from securing new accounts and reaching their full sales potential. Most contractors would buy one product and not know they carry a ton of other products.
Our Approach
Solution: We proposed and executed a three-tiered video campaign on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), aimed at building awareness, driving consideration, and converting leads into new accounts.
- Filming and editing videos tailored to each of Hahn Systems’ individual locations.
- Launched an Engagement Campaign to introduce the brand
- Followed by a Consideration Campaign to keep their services top of mind,
- Closed with a Conversion Campaign offering a 10% discount to first-time customers.
- Built a new, fully responsive WordPress website to support the campaign
- Used organic TikTok content to engage with contractors
- Implemented call tracking, monthly reviews, and ClickCease to prevent bot traffic
- A video heavy approach, which is unusual for construction suppliers and thus, helped them stand out
Implementation
The campaign rolled out across multiple digital platforms, with a focus on video content. Each of the eight locations had customized content designed to speak directly to contractors in their respective areas.
Challenges: Scaling the advertising across multiple locations and managing bot traffic were our two main challenges. We addressed the bot issue using ClickCease and monitored performance regularly to ensure continued success.

- Reached over 355,000 contractors through targeted advertising.
- Campaign earned over 1.2 million impressions with a CTR of 1.5%.
- Generated over 490 calls from contractors.
- Opened 100 new accounts across their service areas.
